We welcome parents who wish to support the children's learning during the school day. Whatever your areas of interest or expertise, sharing your time with the children is bound to be a rewarding experience! We are always looking for volunteers to read with the children across both Key Stages, as well as to help us out on school trips or with exciting activity days.
This past year we have had parents from a range of different professional backgrounds sharing their career journey with KS2, as well as a professional artist and stone mason sharing their skills with years R, 1 and 3.
If you are interested in becoming a parent volunteer at St. Nicholas (either regularly or occasionally for special events) contact the school office so we can request a DBS and to register your interest and availability.
