Welcome back to Term 6.
We hope you had a lovely break over the half term.
Hopefully we will get some lovely warm weather this term so we can spend lots of time outside. Please can you make sure children bring in a water bottle, hat and sunglasses if they need them, or coats and wellies if the weather is less kind!
PE will continue to be on a Friday, plus one other session a week dependent on the weather. Children are welcome to come in wearing PE clothes on a Friday, but this is not compulsory.
This term brings the national Phonics Screening Check, which I will be doing with year 1 and 2 children only. It will take about 5 minutes and is very low key. It will not affect children in any other year groups. Results will be sent out to you at the end of the school year.
